Policies and Practices

Wedding Reception
• Your wedding reception is planned as a three-hour event. Local ordinances require the reception end by 10:00 p.m.
• Your inclusive package includes room accommodations,daily breakfast, ultimate private use of the B&B (except kitchen facilities), spa treatments, on-site catering for your reception with a wedding cake and wait staff.
• Because we do not have a liquor license, you must supply any alcoholic beverages. Champagne compliments of the house.
• You will be responsible for hiring your photographer, music and floral design requirements.
Wedding Party Accommodations
• All available guest rooms must be booked at our seasonal rates to insure your privacy.
• All four rooms must be reserved for two nights.
• Holiday and special event weekends are not available unless you choose to book for our minimum 3 nights stay.
• Each guest room sleeps a maximum of two guests on a queen size bed.
• Additional off-site rooms are available upon request.
• You must provide us with an accommodations guest list at least 2 weeks prior to the ceremony so we may mail confirmation letters on your behalf.

Wedding Ceremony Deposits
• All rooms must be paid for when you reserve your date. Room reservations are non-refundable unless we rebook the entire B&B. A $250 cancellation fee will apply in any case.
• One month prior to the event we will provide an estimated bill, which we require to be paid within 10 business days prior to your ceremony. Your final bill will reflect all deposits. If you cancel, all deposits are nonrefundable.
• For your convenience, any incidental or additional charges you incur will automatically be charged to the credit card number kept on file and a final accounting will be provided.
Taxes and Gratuities
• The State of New Jersey has a 7% Sales Tax on Lodging, Meals and Spa Treatments and an additional 5% Lodging Tax for all room accommodations.
